Mary Jo Pearson

I lead our Program Management Office at Relationship One, which includes Service Enablement, Project Management Delivery, and Governance & Reporting. Our team is responsible for managing and delivering projects throughout a client's Marketing Automation journey, whether that's through implementations, support and maintenance, or strategic and/or technical enhancements. 

Relationship One fosters a strong people-centric and relationship-based work environment. We thrive on collaboration and ensure we are customer-focused within our teams and with clients. Because of this foundation, working through challenges and celebrating the successes makes it even more enjoyable and fulfilling.

Most of my professional career, I've lived and breathed in the PMO space. I've worked in project supporting roles, led small to enterprise efforts as program and project manager, and leading teams of Program and Project Managers. Across my experiences in different business industries and internal business units, I enjoy working within Marketing the most. Leading and guiding teams to bridge technology and marketing together is my happy place.
