We treat each other like family because, well, we are. We take pride in our employees' success, both professional and personal. Employee development is always top of mind, and we do everything in our power to continually challenge, grow, and support our employees. We are here to support you in every way possible.
Who am I?
I've been fortunate to have spent the last 20+ years doing what I love - helping people and organizations succeed through the power of marketing and technology. I started my career as a Marketing Associate in manufacturing, working my way into a Marketing Director role within the same company. Deeply involved with CRM, marketing analytics, and marketing automation, my love for all-things Martech surged in 2011 when I implemented/integrated Oracle Eloqua within our organization. In 2013, I joined Relationship One and was thrilled at the chance to share my experiences and expertise with clients across the globe. Since then, I've held various positions within our company, and now I get to lead some of the most innovative, technical, and smart people in our industry. Together, we develop and deliver strategic and consulting services that enhance and optimize our clients' marketing strategies and technologies.
Advice for prospective candidates
Be you! Let your passion shine. Tell us why you're excited to join our team and why you love the marketing technology space. Share your experiences and expertise, and don't be afraid to share your failures. Mistakes are what drive our learning and growth. Tell us about what keeps you up at night, what motivates you to get up early, and what gets you so far "in the zone" that you forget the time.
