I am the Vice President, managing the Service Delivery organization here at Relationship One.

Relationship One is highly people-oriented. We believe that in order to have happy customers, we first must have happy employees and work diligently to keep open lines of communication, to ensure work/life balance and to provide employees with the tools and educational support to do their jobs successfully. 

I began my career as a high school English teacher and finally found my niche in the marketing automation consulting space. With more than 20 years as a marketer in primarily high-tech and healthcare industries, I have spent the last 10+ years on the consulting side, helping clients implement and optimize their marketing efforts through the use of technology and process. I currently manage the services organization and am responsible for developing our consultants and providing opportunities for their growth, maintaining happy clients by ensuring that projects are completed on-time, within budget and meet requirements and providing oversight to the sales/service process. 

Be truthful. Be unique. Be you. Understand that  'I don't know, but I'll find out' is a perfectly acceptable answer. No one expects you to know it all.
