What I do at Relationship One
I lead Relationship One's Product Team. As a team, we deliver software products that extend the functionality of Oracle CX Marketing products and other platforms. As an individual, I help make sure the gears are running smoothly, whether that's working with clients to understand their needs, providing architectural or design guidance, or jumping in to help out with development work.
Why Relationship One
Relationship One truly means it when we say we care about our people. I know that's commonly decreed, but here the mantra is realized in actions.
Who am I?
I'm a software engineer by training and trade. In the last 9 years I've explored the Minneapolis IT scene, spanning from a fortune 500 healthcare company to a 25-employee education company. I joined Relationship One in 2017 and have since then been given a wide range of opportunities to contribute to the team's success.
Advice for prospective candidates
Relax and be your honest self. We have a casual (but still professional) atmosphere, so don't feel too intimidated by the process. If you're confident in your qualifications and you're excited about the opportunity, let that show in your responses and questions.
