Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Applied

Once you apply, your information will be anonymized and the Hiring Manager will be notified of your application. During the anonymization process, information such as your name, address, race, age, gender, or picture will be hidden from the Hiring Manager. This reduces the influence of unconscious bias.
Stage 2

Review

The Hiring Manager will review your anonymized application information and determine the next steps. If you move forward in the process, the Hiring Manager will schedule an interview with you. At that time, your information will be de-anonymized and the Hiring Manager will have full access to all your information.
Stage 3

Colleague Individual Interview

A peer and/or manager will conduct a 60-minute interview via phone, video conference, or in-person. This is a one-on-one interview.

Please come prepared with any questions you have about the role, the hiring manager, your prospective peers, or the company. If you move on to the next stage, you will receive an offer of employment.
Stage 4

Colleague Group Interview

Peers and/or managers will conduct a 60-minute interview via phone, video conference, or in-person. This will be a group interview.

Please come prepared with any questions you have about the role, the hiring manager, your prospective peers, or the company. If you move on to the next stage, you will receive an offer of employment.
